I believe we can experience life without suffering, and that we have the ability to feel pure love, joy and happiness in all of our exchanges.

It’s so important to balance and nurture the body, mind, spirit and emotions and to always lead with kindness and courage.
​
Within my own life journey to find balance, I cannot understate the value of Integrated Therapeutic Alignment (ITA) Energy Medicine, brought to humanity by Melaney Ryan of the Melaney Ryan Institute of Applied Consciousness (MRIAC).
​
Personally experiencing its profound effects led me to become a qualified ITA practitioner myself.
​
At the age of 19 I received my first ITA treatment, and more than 12 years on I continue to
receive regular alignments from a dear friend, mentor and fellow ITA practitioner.
I am also a registered teacher with the Teaching Board of Western Australia, and greatly enjoy my time in the classroom with the kids.
​
It’s so humbling to be able to assist others through ITA Treatments, Intuitive Time and Personalised School Tutoring.

I regularly practice Mahat Meditation, also brought to us by MRIAC, which assists the alignment of the self with our true greatness and connects us to the natural polarity of the Earth. Mahat Meditation helps me in many ways, including in how I find the beauty of our Earth so awe-inspiring - this is seen, felt and found daily in abundance.

Intuitive Time
An Intuitive Time reading is a 35-minute skype session to discuss an intention you wish to progress, including the chance to ask the questions you seek clarity on and receive guidance and answers.
The goal of these readings is to engage with the part of us that is constantly connected with angels, guides and loved ones to help you gain deeper insight into yourself and further discover the opportunities available to you.
I am able to connect clairvoyantly and share what I find. This is a time for self-discovery!

Remote ITA Energy Medicine Treatment
Integrated Therapeutic Alignment (ITA) is a comprehensive system of energy medicine developed by Melaney Ryan.
ITA Energy Medicine identifies the root cause of an imbalance within an individual. It incorporates energetic alignments and self-development techniques to assist in self-healing, self-awareness, self-love and self-acceptance. The powerful yet gentle alignments allow a person to release the ties that bind to the sub-conscious mind and restore a balanced and grounded state of being.

A treatment includes a half hour Skype discussion around where you are seeking help, followed by a remote ITA Energy Medicine treatment targeted to your needs.
ITA performed remotely (at a distance) is just as effective as a face-to-face treatment.
This service includes an emailed review and some feedback on the session, with simple techniques you can adopt if you wish to assist your healing.
